I wanted to take a few moments and provide you with some feedback relative to our experiences with the installation of WebAUS. EPIC (our version of WebAUS with modifications) has had a very positive impact on our production capabilities and information retrieval. Our staff at Pacific Life & Annuity has found the system easy to navigate and our customers have been impressed with our new proposal formats. During the marketing and installation periods, your staff and Trisystems, Inc. were responsive, creative, and highly professional at all times. One suggestion...and I believe this has been discussed with Rick Strong, would be that better technical documentation would make future installations run more smoothly.
